The beginning of your forever deserves a gracious host that will care for your wedding as if it were your own. At D’Vine Grace, our thoughtful touches go far beyond the beautiful mansion walls. Our staff works diligently to help ensure that your day is as smooth as it can be! While your dedicated Venue Coordinator will assist with the detailed planning and execution of venue logistics, you also have the option of booking a Day-Of or Month-Of Coordinator within DGV. With the addition of one of our new coordination packages, you will have not one but TWO venue experts in your corner on the day of your wedding – talk about a dream team!
Complimentary Inclusion of Venue Coordinator
Begins service as soon as you sign your venue contract
Handles all items related to the Venue
Assists with Venue questions, appointments, and menu tasting
Coordinates The Final Details Meeting at The Venue
Oversees the setup of DGV tables and Chairs
Places all DGV items on event day – Charger plates, napkins, flatware. etc.
Ensures that Catering + Beverage services are on time
Ensures the toast materials are passed on time
Ensures venue staff are prepared for the cake cutting and the service is performed
Coordinates Grand Exit

Day-of Coordinator
Begins service one week prior to the wedding date
Contacts Vendor Team to send final timeline and confirm arrival time
Attends and coordinates ceremony rehearsal
Ensures all vendors/items have arrived and are in their correct location
Assists with decor setup as necessary
Places menus, table numbers, escort cards, etc.
Coordinates the ceremony – lining up bridal party, queuing the bride, etc.
Works Alongside DJ to ensure timeline is on track
Point of contact for all vendors family and bridal party on the wedding day
In charge of breaking down all items that don’t belong to the venue and loading them for departure
Is ready to tackle any emergencies (big or small!) on the day of the wedding to ensure a smooth and stress-free event for you!
Distribution of final payment or gratuities to applicable vendors (if needed)
Wrap up details after bride and groom depart

Day-of Coordinator
Month-of Coordinator
Begins Service One Month Prior To The Wedding
In-person Meeting to discuss details, needs, etc.
Attends final walkthrough at venue
Reviews all vendor contracts to understand expectations and services promised
Creation of Day-of itinerary and any specific logistics for the event day
Management and coordination of vendors, logistics, bridal party, timeline, and last minute changes
Assist with seating chart (if needed)
Also acts as your day-of coordinator and will perform all of their duties on your wedding day!
