That said, one of the many unique things about our wedding venue is that we have a dedicated Venue Coordinator that will assist you with all of the detailed planning of venue logistics, floor plan design, and setup leading up to your wedding day, as well as on your wedding day. At D’Vine Grace Vineyard our dedicated Venue Coordinator is your personal contact that will work directly with you to customize the wedding of your dreams, whether it’s a grand twilight ceremony under the twinkling lights of La Piazza D’Amore or an elaborate, luxurious reception in the Grand Ballroom.

1. Build Your Custom Wedding Day Timeline.

As many couples know, a wedding day timeline is one of the most important aspects of your day. Your wedding day timeline is your lifeline staying organized as well as the lifeline to all of your wedding vendors, especially your photographer & videographer who are capturing your precious memories! With years of experience, we’ve seen it all & can help customize your event from start to finish throughout your 11 hour access to our entire Tuscan-style facility.


2. Lead You Through Gourmet Cuisine & Choice Beverage Selections.

Our dedicated Venue Coordinator will not only guide you through our extensive menu options, but help you customize or build your own menu tailored to your needs. Not to mention, our Venue Coordinator will both schedule & facilitate your gourmet tasting. Fast forward to the wedding day, our Venue Coordinator is there to ensure your meals are served in the right place at the right time. From a gourmet bridal party brunch to an elegant plated dinner and all of the snacks & beverages your heart desires in between, our Venue Coordinator has your needs covered.


3. Set the Mood of Your Wedding Day with our State of the Art Custom Lighting.

Our dedicated Venue Coordinator will meet with you prior to your wedding day to understand your vision for your wedding day, including how you would like to customize our beautiful lighting throughout our wedding venue to set the mood for your wedding day. After you have selected your color scheme, our Venue Coordinator works with our A/V tech who is onsite throughout your wedding day to ensure your desired proper lighting transitions are executed at the key moments throughout your day and night. From light & bright, to custom color selections, to spotlights for your first dance and toast as newlyweds, our Venue Coordinator will ensure you are immersed in a memorable evening of romance & elegance.

4. Serve As Your Personal Wedding Concierge.

The Venue Coordinator at D’Vine Grace Vineyard wears many hats both leading up to your wedding day, and while onsite throughout your wedding day Not to mention, she is your greatest resource leading up to your wedding day to transform your dreams into a reality. Have questions regarding wedding day setup? Need a stage for your live band performance during your reception? Looking for recommendations on the closest hotel and the price for 15 rooms, one night? You can ask our Venue Coordinator anything related to your wedding day needs & we are happy to make introductions to our preferred vendors, as well as to contacts for any other specialty needs you may have.

5. Serve As the Number One Advocate for the Bride & Groom.

As we have mentioned above, our dedicated Venue Coordinator & Event Manager will remain onsite throughout your wedding day, and are your personal advocates to ensure your needs are taken care of. They will personally serve you at your sweetheart table or head table & ensure your drink of choice is never empty.
